Troop 228 scouts headed north for a maritime apprentice weekend at Fort Ticonderoga. The boys learn sail making, boat caulking and wood carving Just to name a few things. In the afternoon the scouts had an opportunity to row an authentic reproduction 18th century row boat watch a private cannon shoot and lowered and folded the American flag for the Fort.
